Our CGAA Maintenance Appreciation Carnival was an AMAZING time! 🎉

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to support, celebrate, and show some love to the incredible maintenance professionals who keep our communities running every single day. 🛠️💪

This event was all about YOU — the hardworking maintenance teams who show up, solve problems, keep our residents happy, and make such a huge impact behind the scenes. We hope you felt just how appreciated you truly are! ❤️

And to our sponsors, volunteers, supplier partners, and everyone who helped make the night possible — THANK YOU! Your support allowed us to create a night filled with games, laughs, prizes, great company, and some very well-deserved appreciation. 🎟️🎯🏆

Check out Savannah News: Savannah City Council approved a rezoning request for six new townhome units on the city's south side. The decision faced opposition from some residents and the Southside Neighborhood Association over concerns about neighborhood character. Council members cited the city's urgent need for more housing to justify the approval.

Savannah has already been approached by a larger data center, according to the city’s press office. The city has accepted a permit for a smaller-scale data center under 25,000 square feet, while another remains pending. But before any official applications for large-load data centers are filed, city officials said they need time to figure out what the city can and cannot permit to future applicants.
