The damage left behind was shocking, and the events leading up to it raised some serious concerns about how situations like this are handled. This isn't about calling someone out for clicks—it's about sharing a real experience that every short-term rental owner and property manager should be aware of. The upstairs studio apartment consists of a beautiful living room area, a very comfy Murphy bed, a full sized futon sofa, full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a walkout outdoor living space.

**The upstairs apartment and the downstairs apartment BOTH have separate and private entrances. The upstairs and downstairs are not accessible to one another from the inside, but by a staircase on the outside.

Located downstairs is a huge rec room with fun amenities such as a pool table, air hockey table, arcade games and entertainment area with a 55" LCD Smart TV, two comfy full beds, a queen-size sleeper sofa, an air mattress, additional dining table, full bathroom and kitchenette.

This property offers two kayaks, two stand up paddle boards, space to dock your boat and a boat ramp nearby.

Upstairs & Downstairs offers Wifi and a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies.
