Congrats to my seller for accepting an offer. This seller listened to my strategy on pricing. Similar homes in his neighborhood were sitting and overpriced. I can almost guarantee they went out of the neighborhood for comps and with a golf course community across the street their comps were inflated. We priced according to his neighborhood and went into multiple, over ask offers. This is a perfect example of pricing correctly. The other homes are still sitting and going stale.
