We are so thrilled for our buyers, who will become the next stewards of this iconic Monument Avenue residence—an extraordinary 1926 home designed by renowned New York architect William Lawrence Bottomley.

Rich with architectural significance, history and timeless beauty, this is a home that has been thoughtfully cared for for nearly a century. Now, a new chapter begins.

Helping clients find a home is always meaningful, but being part of the transition of a property like this—one that is so deeply woven into Richmond’s architectural story—is truly special.

Congratulations to our buyers on their extraordinary new home. We can’t wait to see the next chapter unfold at 2320 Monument Avenue.

Success in a competitive market often comes down to educating your buyers on the market, understanding their needs and establishing trust. These buyers were referred to me after experiencing months of frustration searching for a home. I was fortunate that they were willing to listen to my guidance on how to structure a winning offer and were able to purchase a wonderful home to begin their next chapter.
