In this week after Resurrection Sunday, I’m feeling especially grounded in faith and deeply grateful for His grace 💕

Every single day, we’re given a fresh start. A chance to show up differently—for our families, our work, our friends… and for ourselves. No matter what yesterday looked like, today is an open door.

Faith teaches us that renewal isn’t just possible—it’s promised. That we are continually invited to grow, to soften, to choose joy, and to extend the same kindness we hope to receive.

So here’s your reminder (and mine): begin again. With grace. With compassion. With intention.

Gas prices really said “stay home” 😩⛽️

Thankful for this little 4-cylinder MVP 🙌🏽
I’ve driven it here and there, but she’s officially getting promoted to daily driver status.

Which means… we’re entering our ✨fuel-efficient era✨

Catch me in the “not getting a ticket OR wasting gas” lane… cruise control on, minding my business 😂

Because listen—this tank cost me $3.18 (thank you, points 🙏🏽) just last week…
Today?? That same fill-up would easily be $10+ more.

We adapting out here. Smart > flashy every time.

Today I joined fellow REALTORS® at the Virginia General Assembly to meet with Delegates and Senators and talk about the real issues impacting homeowners, buyers, and our communities.
