I can’t tell y’all how happy I am to have met my client! One thing that I try to do is make sure that my clients feel like family. She was referred to me, and when we first met she made Me feel like family. She embraced me with a big hug and she told me not to call her “ma’am” lol. As I sit here and reflect on my 30th birthday, I can’t help but to be grateful to God for more than seeing another year. Yesterday I was able to close another transaction with an amazing couple. It was really amazing (and easy) to work with them. I’m glad that things fell into place perfectly for you guys and your family! Again! A couple weeks ago my client and I closed on a home. This was truly one of those frustrating stories that you’ve been hearing about lately. We did over 30 showings and submitted about 8 offers. At the end of the day my client is happy and I’m extremely grateful to God for connecting us and allowing me to be the vessel that assisted with making her first home buying process a success!!

P.S. Karsyn helped out with the showings and offers too, so I couldn’t withhold her credit 😅
