Freda Green Bolling, Real Estate Agent Real Estate Referral Agent & Housing Counselor
Providing services you can trust! You won’t find a more dedicated partner in your homebuying experience.

My passion, purpose, and commitment to advocacy led me to earn my real estate license in 2013, and my love for educating and training led me to volunteer as a certified trainer/facilitator for the VHDA First-time Homebuyer Education Program for over 10 years. I’ve worked in educating and empowering people just like you through the intricacies of the homebuying process. Moreover, as a former Certif

ied Housing Counselor, I can help provide you with plans and pathways to achieve your desired goals. As an advocate for safe and affordable housing, I served on the board of directors as a community volunteer for a local housing non-profit corporation for nine years. I’m a native of Richmond and I’ve lived in Church Hill since purchasing my home in 2006. I absolutely enjoy city living, and I’m grateful and excited to put my decade-plus of experience to work in helping you personally realize your dream of homeownership.

Condolences to LaTaisha Johnson and her family and friends. She lost her son to a possible drowning yesterday in Henrico County. Her message on Facebook reads:

King was our everything. He was the love of our lives our heart our joy and our reason for so much. The pain we are feeling right now is unbearable and there are no words that can truly describe what we’re going through. We want to thank everyone for the love prayers calls texts and support. Please know that we see it we feel it and we appreciate it more than you know. Right now we are emotionally unavailable and trying to process a loss that has completely shattered our hearts. If we don’t respond please don’t take it personally. We simply do not have the strength right now. Please continue to keep our family in your prayers as we navigate this unimaginable loss. LaDaddy we love you beyond words and will carry you with us forever.

Rules aren’t what destroy a workplace.

Selective rules do.

Because consistency is what makes a team feel safe.

When accountability is uneven, people stop trusting leadership and start protecting themselves.

That’s when gossip grows, resentment builds, and performance drops.

And then management acts confused about why the culture feels “off.”

It’s not a mystery—it’s the double standard.
