This one was a year in the making and not at all the house I would’ve thought you’d end up with so thanks for keeping me on my toes but, she is absolutely perfect and I’m so excited for you and your pup to embark on this new journey! Closing with these guys yesterday was one of those “FINALLY!!” moments for everyone involved. These two have been working their little butts off to get to this day. Between a big move across the pond, career changes, life being lifey, the immigration process and so much more my sweet angel friends finally have a home they get to call their own and start their family in. I’m so so beyond proud and excited for you guys for getting here and I cannot wait to come over and hang on your big ass deck and let you all do the hosting. You did it! I love you both ❤️

Another closing that wasn’t like any other closing. I have been working with these guys for over a year guiding them in the right direction of what their credit should look like, steps to get it there, what to have saved, moving them into a rental I manage so they could get out when the time came without worry and overall just helping them build the confidence to realize that buying a home was very much within reach for their future and even closer than they thought! It has been probably one of my greatest joys in this industry to watch them go from start to finish on this and I couldn’t be more grateful they gave me the opportunity to help them with this becuase it is quite literally what made me decide to become a Realtor. Libbie has been working full time in the restaurant industry being the Bar Queen at The Village while simultaneously getting her bachelors, meanwhile Giancarlo has been working his way up the ladder in his career and they’ve both been so busy and so focused. On top of that they got married this year, y’all! It’s been back to back successes with these two this year and I couldn’t be more proud of them. I love you both, so much and can’t wait to see what else you guys accomplish together!

Just a reminder to never feel like something is too out of your reach to start working towards. Your goals are likely a lot closer than you think, sometimes you just need a solid plan and I am more than happy to help you work that out! It’s kind of my thing 😉

Happy Closing Day to the Waterfalls! You guys have been SO nice to work with and I’m blessed to have gotten to know you during this process. This one is near and dear to my heart ❤️ after the world’s longest closing and navigating all the hiccups, I am so glad we finally got this one done! The house is absolutely perfect and I love you both so much. I can’t wait to see the memories you make in your new home!
