Our 1 bed/1bath apartments are priced at $1,600 per month. This is a secured access building and residents can only enter with a key fob. We provide security cameras throughout interior and exterior of the building. We also offer a rooftop patio that is open daily, as well as a dog washing station on the 1st floor that is accessible anytime.
Rent includes water, sewer, trash, and internet. You only pay electric!
Secure state of the art package delivery room on first floor, along with personal mailboxes.
We have a limited number of assigned parking spaces left for $195 a month. Bike storage is available for free.
Pets are also allowed for only $29/month plus a $299 one time nonrefundable pet deposit.
We have on site management Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm as well. Feel free to stop by for a coffee or a snack to go. We also have treats for your furry friends who are welcome to visit anytime.
Must have verifiable employment with gross monthly income of 3 times the monthly rent (have current pay stubs available). No negative rental history. At least 600 credit score for approval.
