Putting in a well and pump, and a septic system is a part of country life, but finding a contractor and getting it done is no simple task (nor cheap). It can take three to six months...once you have found someone to do it.
Land clearing cost and adding an entryway are other factors to consider. Easier than the former, but no less costly. You also have to get the highway department involved.
Next step, the foundation and basement are going in in about a week.
