Before closing, DO NOT:
❌ Open a new credit card account.
❌ Go out and buy a car or refinance an existing loan.
❌ Finance furniture or appliances.
❌ Change jobs without first talking to your lender.
❌ Miss bill payments.
❌ Make large, unexplained deposits into your bank account.
