In observance of Labor Day, the Reserve South leasing office and management team will be closed on Monday, September 7th.

We will resume normal business hours and reopen on Tuesday, September 8th at 9:00 AM.

We’re excited to introduce Brittany, our new Leasing Manager here at Reserve South! 🏡💙

A Richmond native, Brittany grew up right here in the area before leaving in 2018 to explore new opportunities. Now, she’s excited to be back home and beginning this new chapter with the Reserve South community!

Brittany has been working in the property management and leasing industry for over two years, with a passion for helping people find a place they’re proud to call home. She loves connecting with residents, creating a welcoming experience, and making the leasing process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

When she’s not at Reserve South, you can usually find Brittany spending time with her sweet pup, Heidi 🐾💕—who she’ll happily tell you is the real boss!

She’s looking forward to getting to know our residents, meeting future members of the Reserve South community, and making Reserve South feel like home for everyone who walks through our doors.
