Be a good neighbor. What does that mean? Well for starters keep your yard neat if it's exposed to those nearest you. Trim your trees, mow the lawn...But more than that...don't allow your dog or dogs bark incessantly for extended periods of time. Twenty plus minutes is just inconsiderate. Especially if you're in a subdivision and yards aren't large (over an acre +) and houses are close. Be a better neighbor... the more their house sells for can only help your value. Ya don't care?? Well everyone has the right to quiet enjoyment. That's the law.

Still renting? Want to own but you're nervous about getting into the market? I can tell you this, if you bought a year ago your mortgage payment would not have changed. But Im confident your rent has gone up, or will when you re-up your lease. Aannd because housing prices are steady, you're equity would have gone up. Let's just talk about buying or selling.
