✨SOLD ✨We got it done!! Not all deals are easy and fun, this one had ALOT of bumps along the way . From the crazy competition for the neighborhood she wanted to be in to closing in two weeks to ensure we had the home in time to register her son to Kindergarten and all on between. When you partner with the right personality you can get it all done and still keep your peace of mind!

When I found out I was having a second baby I was happy! We definitely wanted one but I wasn’t sure how I could share my love since Isaac had become the center of my universe. I cried when I left Isaac to go deliver Aaron at the hospital and I feared my life was changing too quickly .
The second I saw Aaron I was completely enamored he was perfect and I instantly felt whole I cannot imagine my world without him he’s just perfect . Our little man has brought so much love to our family . He’s very intelligent and full of humor he can’t hold his laughter and he definitely commands the room. His brother is his best friend and he’s made our life complete we could not be any happier.
When I look at him, I hope he continues to build strong qualities like that of his brother and father. I pray Aaron has inner strength and resilience. I hope Aaron sees the beauty in the world and understands what a loving heavenly father he’s got. I pray he builds a friendship with God and makes responsible decisions. I hope life never takes away his humor and if he falls he grabs Jehovah‘s hand and gets up, dusts off and keeps moving, he’ll always be the baby of our family and we will always be ready to help him, encourage him and love him.
Aaron has given us so much joy, hope and love. I hope Aaron always sees me as his fierce protector and his love. I’ve had the most amazing five years with you my Little one.

SOLD!! … I met the seller as a word of mouth referral, the most meaningful form of support.
She is moving to NY to pursue her PhD . She was an amazing partner, she trusted my advice and we were able to get a over asking, clean and prompt offer on her home. The best part was she needed one month of rent back in order to get her affairs in order and she was able to get rent back for $0000.

This couple right here !! We have been through a lot of life events together, dating marriage and children. They are not friends they are family. To say I’m honored to have been a part of finding them their beautiful home is an understatement.
Funny story they were already working with a real estate agent and as soon as they knew I was in the business they immediately went with me . I know my success is important to them and it goes back to the fact they are always rooting for me. I can’t thank you enough for trusting me.
