My Team, The Pace of Richmond, is hosting an event we’re calling Declutter For Good on Sunday, September 13th, We'd love to have you stop by!

Bring us your old paperwork (we'll shred it securely), unwanted electronics like phones, tablets, laptops, and PCs for recycling, plus any gently used clothing or household items to donate. Best of all, you don't even have to get out of your car. We'll unload everything for you!

Everything collected stays local: Mercy Mall provides donated household items and clothing to families in need, Tech for Troops refurbishes electronics for veterans, and Junkluggers helps keep usable items out of our landfills.

Monthly market update for July for Richmond City and the surrounding metro counties. There are some similarities and some nuanced differences. Namely, the city itself, continues to draw lots of qualified Buyers where multiple offers are the norm. We are seeing a better balance in the surrounding counties.
