J&H Capital is currently hiring a Senior Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor for a growing Richmond-based client. The portfolio will consist of 700+ units, which will include a mix of 300 Single-Family Rentals and 400 Multifamily Apartment Homes. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience as a Multi-Site Property Manager, or experience managing 500+ unit communities.

**The Base Salary for both positions is between $70-85K with 15-20% bonus potential, based on experience.**
