Kirsten Webb Realtor A New York City native, I earned my bachelor’s degree at McGill University in Montréal and studied design at San Diego State University.

I represent both buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions including resales, new construction, and undeveloped lots/land and investors in the acquisition of both residential & commercial properties. After moving to Richmond, I co-founded and ran two manufacturing companies spanning 2 decades. A long-standing passion for real estate led me to become a Realtor, initially earning my license in 2002. My background in architecture, design, manufacturing, and economics is the perfect complement to my profession. I joined the Cabell Childress Group in late 2019 and am excited to be a part of this dynamic group. I use my strong financial background to deliver value to both my buyers and sellers through comprehensive market analysis, knowledge of the local market, and strong negotiation skills.
