When someone you've never met trusts you to prep and sell their home from 4500 miles away, you become bonded through stories of magical fairy rings, FB Market Place disappointments, and lots and lots of Facetime dates and shared Google photo albums. This 5-month journey was made possible by the regular lawn/land maintenance and removal services of Cassetta, the exceptional cleaning services of Aiden Reece of &C Cleaners, the pure brawn of an unnamed post office employee who deserves a raise, the buyer's above-and-beyond title company, Springdale Title, and last but not least, the most wonderful shared-driveway-next-door neighbor, Verlaine McDonald who sent our name all the way to Hawaii! Congratulations to our sellers for hanging in there and for successfully closing this chapter of their lives. Onward to new adventures!

Well this was a special closing with some special folks! We're so excited for Kat and her boys as they move into their new home with beautiful energy, within walking distance to all the things, with baby bok choy and basil already growing in the garden and a wren house in the backyard. Sorry, everyone: this house hunting episode is officially canceled!

A huge congratulations to our three sellers, who all went under contract this week after just 17, 5, and 12 days on the market!

That makes FIVE homes we've had the privilege of helping buy or sell that have gone under contract in the last THREE weeks! It is a true team effort between us and our buyers and sellers that includes thoughtful pricing, strong marketing, and just straight up awesome clients who trust the process. This one was truly a team effort!

Getting this home market-ready was quite the journey. Working alongside wonderful out-of-state sellers and an great crew of landscapers, cleaners, and junk removal professionals, we transformed the property and got it ready for its next chapter.

The hard work paid off, as we just accepted a contract in less than two weeks on the market. Now we're on to closing. Congratulations to our sellers, and thank you to everyone who helped make this happen!
