Hope everyone’s year is off to an amazing start! It’s been a little while since I’ve shared an update, but I have some exciting news!

In September 2024, I completed my final exam to become an Appraiser Trainee, and I was fortunate to join First Appraisal Group in Bloomington, Indiana. Over the past few months, I’ve been gaining valuable experience hours, and next month, I’ll begin my first class toward earning my Certified General Appraiser designation.

In addition to this, I’m currently a Junior at Indiana University Bloomington and continuing my work as a licensed realtor. I’m incredibly grateful to be able to balance these opportunities, and I look forward to using my growing expertise to better serve my clients.
