Property Management * Real Estate Sales At present, we manage a portfolio of 150 buildings with 263 units of living space.

The units we manage are located in quality buildings and in excellent neighborhoods. Our properties can be found all across town in locations near Earlham College, in the Old Richmond, and in Reeveston. Recently, we have expanded into Milton, Hagerstown, and Hidden Valley. Our selection of rentals is truly unique as they include both historic and modern properties as well as diverse housing styles

. Our tenants can choose from single-family homes, studios, apartments, cottage homes, town houses, doubles and duplexes. Our properties are clean, non-smoking and a small pet friendly. We offer both short- and long-term leases, an after-hours service line and the majority of our properties come with all appliances.

To our valued tenants and clients:

In recognition of the upcoming holiday, Thanksgiving, our business office will be closed beginning 6:00 pm EST on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 and reopen on Monday, December 2nd. Any non-emergency voicemails and emails received will be followed up on Monday the 2nd. Additionally, our Tenant and Owner Portals are always available to help answer your questions.

In case of an emergency, please call our main line at 765 966 4980 and follow the instructions in the greeting message.

The RPM Office will also be closed on Thursday, November 28th, and Friday, November 29th, in recognition of Thanksgiving.
