I have been receiving a lot of inquiries about the Utah non-resident concealed handgun permit. So, here are the answers to the questions regarding getting a nonresident Utah Concealed Handgun Permit.
1. Having a Utah Concealed handgun permit has nothing to do with you going to UTAH! In 2015 the Governor and the AG limited your out of state CHP coverage to 5 states, none of which touched Virginia. The Utah permit allows you to travel to other states with your firearm.
2. You must provide Utah a copy of your Virginia concealed handgun permit when you apply for their permit. So, here’s my suggestion if you currently don’t have your VA. Permit, GET INTO OUR CLASSES ASAP! Once you have your VA. Permit and you have completed your Utah Class immediately mail everything to Utah BCI.

Protect Your Vote! VOTE NO! Every 10 years, congressional lines are redrawn to accurately represent US citizens. Under President Biden, during the census, millions of folks who crossed our borders were counted, diluting the UA citizens' representation. Some states got out of balance,
Virginia DID NOT! Because we have Citizen -Drawn Maps we stayed balanced with 6 Democrats and 5 Republican Congressional Representatives.
Now the Democrats, with a blatant Power Grab, want to have 10 Democrats and 1 Republican member of Congress! Almost all of these new districts go up to Northern Virginia! What about the rest of Virginia? It dilutes our representation for Virginians who do not live in NOVA! That's not Fair.
