SOLD: $1.815 Million in Front Royal, VA 🏛️

A noteholder came to Motleys with a commercial property in foreclosure: 30 acres and a vacant building, about 70 miles west of Washington, D.C.

The challenges were real. The rural setting limited buyer interest, equipment and personal property were still on site, and the debtor was uncooperative.

Our solution:
✅ Highly targeted advertising campaign
✅ Hybrid online/in-person auction to maximize reach
✅ Frequent communication with the noteholder to improve the property’s condition before showings

The results: millions of advertising impressions, tens of thousands of online sale viewers, and a final sale price of $1,815,000. That exceeded the reserve and delighted the noteholder.

Do you love weddings, celebrations, and bringing spaces to life? We're looking for an independent contractor to serve as the Event Coordinator for our Historic Wigwam venue — a unique, sought-after space for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, anniversaries, and more.

What you'll do:
🟤Be the first point of contact for anyone inquiring about the venue
🟤Schedule and lead venue tours
🟤Serve as the client's dedicated contact throughout their event planning journey
🟤Oversee our cleaning crew to make sure the venue is always guest-ready

What we're looking for:
✔️ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔️ Experience in events, hospitality, or venue management (a plus, not required)
✔️ Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own schedule
