Field Trip Friday 🏗️

We’re making great progress on our pool and pool house project!

The pool house is framed and weather-tight, and crews are now installing the exterior brick facade. The mechanical trades are complete, and we’re moving toward insulation and drywall—another big milestone!

One feature we’re particularly excited about is the use of ZIP System® R-Sheathing. This all-in-one structural panel combines exterior insulation with integrated moisture, air and thermal protection, while providing the structural durability we need for a high-performance building envelope.

There’s still plenty to come, but this project is really starting to take shape. We’ll be excited to share more updates as we move toward the finish line!

Our AR Homes, Richmond Team is excited to share an upcoming project with one of our past homebuyers!

We’re adding a beautiful golf simulator and media space to their existing home—creating a space designed for golf, entertainment, and spending time with family and friends.

One of the things we value most about building custom homes is the relationships we develop with our clients. It’s especially rewarding when those relationships continue long after the keys are handed over, and we have the opportunity to come back and help bring their next vision to life.

We’re looking forward to seeing this project take shape and can’t wait to share the finished space! ⛳🏌️
