Check out one of our recent projects we just wrapped up on Barton Ave!

This was already a beautiful home with tons of character, it just needed some updates to make the layout more functional.

A few of the biggest changes we made:

• Opened up the wall between the dining room and kitchen, creating a much more open and functional kitchen space.

• We expanded the primary bathroom to include a double vanity and walk-in shower. Since the slanted ceiling made adding an overhead light a little tricky, we went with lighted mirrors instead. Between those and the nice sized window, the space still gets plenty of light!

• Transformed an open space upstairs into a full bathroom & laundry room. Previously, the only bathroom upstairs was located inside the primary bedroom, and the laundry was all the way down in the basement.

Just closed out another project!

We were able to turn this one around pretty quickly since we started with a pretty solid house that just needed some updating. While we love pink as much as the next person, we figured we needed to tone it down just a bit. 💓
