Marley Mancuso has been working at Range these past few months as a building engineering intern as part of the program. His efforts culminated yesterday in his Signing Day Ceremony, where Marley accepted an official post at Range Commercial Partners. CLOSED | We are proud to announce that Range Commercial Partners' Hamilton Shaheen and David Wilkins, SIOR represented Middleburg Communities in the purchase of 4400 W Broad St, Richmond, VA for $11,500,000. The lot, which had previously sat vacant for years, will now be used for the development of two four-story apartment buildings, bringing 299 units to the area. Bruce Milam represented the seller Motley Asset Disposition Group.

We are proud to announce that Harrison McVey, SIOR and Matt Anderson, SIOR won the 2026 Lease of the Year CoStar Impact Award for the Richmond, VA market. The award was given to them for their work on the two million square foot LEGO distribution center lease at Crosspointe Logistics Center. Congratulations to Harrison and Matt!
