Recently, I took a trip for my 🎂 Birthday 🎂 and this past week I was still adjusting (note to self next time don't travel 15+ hours ahead and come back to the US during the daylight savings time switch 😂🙃🙂).

In case anyone was wondering, Yes, I even check out real estate 🏡 when I am traveling. I had the opportunity to speak with a few Australians about having homes versus apartments and the "rates" that they are assessed in terms of their taxing, utilities, etc.
