As graduation season begins, the Richmond Police Department is proud to recognize Assistant Chief James Doll on graduating from the University of Louisville with a Master of Science in Criminal Justice.

A criminal justice degree from the University of Louisville is highly respected within the law enforcement profession, due in part to the university’s connection to the Southern Police Institute.

Assistant Chief Doll previously earned a Master of Public Administration, and obtaining two graduate degrees while actively serving in law enforcement is a rare accomplishment within the profession.
