I was recently on vacation and was lucky enough to capture this amazing sunset. It got me thinking about how I got there…

🏡 Bought my next property! This one was special because my Mom was in town for closing. 😁

I found this deal off market and the Sellers were great to work with! When I originally met with them they were surprised when I told them I wanted to buy it. I made sure to tell them that “if I were to list and sell your home I could probably get you $30,000 to $40,000 more than what I’m willing to pay. I’m not going to be your highest, but I will make this super easy for you, and cover some of your fees!” They came back and said they wanted me to buy it!!!
