Snow ⛄️ ❄️ didn’t slow us down ~ we had record high numbers at our Open House yesterday and more than double digits for offers - Springtree has a new family moving in soon!

We prepped for the market: new carpet, touch ups, marketing mailer, video tour of the home, a little mulch, outstanding staging etc and ME 📣 as project manager. My clients could get settled into their new home I helped them purchase at Christmas 🎄 before listing.
