Now that we’re back in the Rightside Up, it’s time for some predictions about the housing market in 2026. 🏘️

While it looks like we’ll see a more balanced market nationwide (good news for buyers), there are some hot spots in the Midwest and Northeast where there will be strong buyer demand (good news for sellers). 💪

It’s no surprise that Richmond is predicted to be one of the cities where we’ll see more home sales and faster price growth. It’s still a better value than nearby larger cities though! 🏙️

If you’re thinking about making a move in 2026, it’s not too early to start the conversation. We could see the potential and knew what Brookland Park Boulevard could become. And boy, has it grown! 🙌

March has been a busy month!

This girl shined in her role as Oaken in production of Frozen Jr. A lot of hours and hard work went into making this show a success, and I couldn’t be more proud of the teachers and students who gave their all for 4 months to bring this musical to life. It was magical. ❄️

At a time when public schools are working harder than ever…trying to make up for learning loss during COVID, providing social-emotional support, exposing students to new experiences, new ideas, the arts, the world, and preparing students to be thoughtful, engaged citizens, they need our support.

Dogwood Middle School is beginning to thrive again, but the students and faculty need support to continue providing arts-integrated curriculum, supplies, field trips, and updates to the school building.

My Story

I decided to pursue a career in real estate after my family’s experience with the renovation of our 1920’s home in Northside. I was so inspired by the process that I decided to transition from my 14-year teaching career to begin my 2nd chapter as a Realtor.

I have a passion for guiding homebuyers through the process of finding their dream home like my family did.

Having bought and sold 3 homes in 3 states, including new construction and a historic renovation, I have been in my clients’ shoes. I know from experience what an emotional roller coaster buying or selling a home can be, and I often share the lessons my family learned to help make the process as stress-free as possible.

I value the quality of my clients’ experience over the quantity of transactions I make. I take the time to get to know my clients personally and to truly listen to what they want and need in a home. As a former teacher who has been asked every question under the sun, I encourage my clients to ask as many questions as needed to give them peace of mind that they’re making the best decision possible.
