She came with a plan (December 25’) and we executed that plan (May 26’). Real estate is not seamless, it looks pretty but in fact it’s ugly, scary, terrifying actually… that pays well (sometimes) . I’m joking a bit but also serious (IYKYK😅) . So when I say this transaction WAS SEAMLESS, please do not take that lightly. This was OUR FIRST set of showings. Literally only viewed one. The second showing was conducted and we were “under contract” the very next day. It was smooth sailing until today, at every turn. We were even able to negotiate closing cost, blinds , washer/dryer, and refrigerator! Just top tier service all around.
