We are looking for a part-time leasing agent for our property. Must have some experience in hospitality/rental or office setting. The right person will be great at interacting with potential residents, as well as contractors and existing residents. Duties will include but are not limited to answering phones, giving tours, upkeeping files, using standard office equipment such as computer, printer/copier, etc. Taking applications/fees. Will be responsible for greeting people coming into the lobby. Must be trustworthy, dependable, and pay great attention to detail as well as good in fast paced environment as we are always growing.
