Denver and San Francisco. She spent years mentoring financial advisors to deliver superior client service while maintaining a high standard of integrity and professionalism. Paula brings a level of business acumen and negotiation skills that are critical when assisting her clients while navigating the real estate transaction, particularly to discerning clients in the luxury market. Paula gained valuable insight to the success of hundreds of high performing real estate professionals during her role as Franchise Sales Director with RE/MAX in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. She then assisted several new owners in launching their real estate brokerage offices. While recruiting for RE/MAX Commonwealth in Richmond, she met Bernice Sim. They immediately realized they shared a passion to serve their real estate clients with values based on abundance and gratitude. Bernice convinced Paula to partner with her to expand and build Happy New Beginnings in Charlottesville.
