How cool is this? My mom saved my clay hand print from kindergarten….almost sixty years ago! The other day, my oldest grand child placed her hand in it. She started kindergarten last week!

We rarely get our photo taken together. Matt, our son, said….ask someone to take a photo of the two of you together! We did and this is the result. We even got the moon in the background. Lake Como has been a dream! I highly recommend. ❤️

I don’t usually make the time to do posts but I am making an exception this morning because I want to give a special shout out of CONGRATULATIONS 🎉 to my First Time Homebuyers and fellow NOVA transplants! They did their homework, asked a lot of questions, listened to advice and learned the local market before securing their dream home! We assembled a star team (you know who you are!) to serve all their needs from contract to close which made for a very smooth process. I KNOW they are going to be happy ❤️ with their new home! Now, off to start another busy day. Make yours great too!

I am not a member of the royal family BUT I did manage to spend some time with a Real Life princess yesterday. Everywhere we went we were treated like royals. A special shout out to Joey’s Hot Dogs in Glen Allen for making this grandma and her princess feel very special!

This was on the 5200 block of New Kent Rd in Westover Hills. I admit this photo ages me but you must realize I started peddling homes when I was 12 😂.
