📈 Closed sales are up 4.6% year to date
💰 Median sales price is $460,000, up 2.3% year to date
⏱️ Homes are selling in an average of 24 days year to date

The takeaway? Richmond is still a competitive market, but the numbers can look very different depending on the neighborhood, price point, and type of property you’re looking at.
