Thank you to the Richmond Chamber of Commerce for recognizing The Elks as the winner of the Bernease Walters Beautification Award for the 2019 Chamber Awards. We appreciate the support of the Richmond Chamber, all of our local partners and the City of Richmond in making The Elks a truly unique place to live in the heart of downtown Richmond.

A big thanks to everyone that attended the Elks Lodge-Richmond ribbon cutting and after hours last Thursday. We appreciate the support and a big "thank you" to the Richmond Chamber of Commerce for putting the event together.

We are finished with these high-end apartment units and they are one-of-a-kind in Richmond. A special thank you to all of our partners in this project-
Citizens Guaranty Bank for the financing, Luxon Contracting for the project management, Community Trust Bank for allowing us access over their property, all of our sub-contractors, all of the downtown businesses for putting up with our months of construction, and to the City of Richmond for helping us get the project completed.
