Project renovation #8! So I purchased this 4brm, 2.5 bath home, full basement and guess what? It’s 2900 Sq feet! The home was in fairly decent shape. A few cosmetic repairs and it would’ve been rental ready. Well you know me, I had to gut it completely out! I like to put my own spin on my projects. Most people ask why I pour so much into my projects and it’s simple, I get more out of it! It feels good when you have a home inspection and the inspector find minimum things to correct. I love it when the appraisal come back higher than I expected! The joy I get knowing that the buyer or renter absolutely love the home! The positive feedback from other agents. This is “My” signature and “My” brand and I want it to represent me well! Check out the before pictures and the demo! Then stay tuned for the finished product.
