Hey! It's me again! I'm still working (although my social media might not show that at times)- here are a handful of homes I've helped my clients close on between now and December as proof.

I'm continuously reminded how interesting the idea of agency is. Agents do things for you on your behalf. You could give agency to someone to tie your shoes, probably... even then, they might ask what kind of knot, how tight you want them tied and when you need them untied!

OK- now imagine instead of shoes we are talking about the biggest investment you'll probably ever make. Can you imagine how many questions there are to ask and answer? The answer is a lot.

Even before you submit an offer, I have a list of questions for clients, lenders, listing agents, etc. to provide the most value with my agency. The logistics involved in real estate are numerous but it's always my goal to make sure you as a client know exactly where you are at and what my advice is *through* questioning.

I'm grateful for my clients attentiveness to these questions and glad I am a part of their lives! My point is- ask me questions. That is explicitly the largest part of my job. If you or someone you know has them, I either have an answer or know someone who does :)

Thankful that my clients are settled into a new home or onto the next chapter in life. Each sale comes with its own set of challenges and learning experiences- whether that's my first transaction or the two-hundredth.
The saying "understanding the question is half the answer" is one I try to remind myself often. This job gives me the unique opportunity to get to know people really well really fast or connect in a really unique way with already friends.

So... what'd I actually do in 2024? Here are a few numbers to indicate: I am still working hard AND to say thank you- to everyone I got a chance to connect with last year!
I have more people looking to transact in 2025 than ever before which is a great anecdotal indicator of what this year will look like.
If you are thinking about making a move, my phone call records should indicate I am eager to talk turkey... It is never too early to start planning!

There are many ways to get creative with a mortgage to keep your payments low. This all starts with a great lender and a good agent. I happen to know both 😉
