Some buyers want a turnkey home and others can see the beauty in the existing features and a well-maintained home.

Some buyers want walkability, proximity to schools and easy access to community features…sometimes that means certain neighborhoods stand out more than others!

In this instance, we maximized the budget of the sellers and did landscaping, minor painting, and had professional photography done in order to get the home in the best position for the market.

While we put this home on the market after the pandemic housing market frenzy, we still got $20k over list price and multiple offers.
