This story book charmer is under contract! I designed, was the project manager of the renovation, staged and listed this beauty with the amazing Daphne MacDougall! We had multiple offers over asking and are closing in 12 days! The kitchen was gutted and features custom green cabinets, a custom hood, Quartzite countertops, and a peninsula with brass pendants. The cozy dining room features a wood burning fireplace and access to a private screen porch. The original hardwood floors were lovingly restored with my special stain that combines two different colors. The two bathrooms upstairs originally were one bathroom but we created a hall bathroom and a primary en suite to make the most use of the space. The primary bathroom features fluted tiles and a double vanity. All of the light fixtures were updated throughout the house.
