This story book charmer is under contract! I designed, was the project manager of the renovation, staged and listed this beauty with the amazing Daphne MacDougall! We had multiple offers over asking and are closing in 12 days! The kitchen was gutted and features custom green cabinets, a custom hood, Quartzite countertops, and a peninsula with brass pendants. Graduation 2026! Our youngest, Maddie has officially graduated from Douglas Freeman High School! From being recognized as a scholar with her 4.6 GPA, as a leader in athletics winning the Carolyn Howren Memorial Award for outstanding athletic and scholastic leadership, to being on the state champion team of the Civic and Constitutional competition for “We the People”, to being a captain of the field hockey and lacrosse teams during her time at DSF, to being in the National Honor Society and in the top 3% of her class, as well as a class officer in student government, her list of accomplishments is endless!! We’re super proud and can’t wait to see what she does at UVA where she will be studying Law in the Fall! Time flies!!
