🦾commercial Real Estate, today I mark ⭐️9 years in business. When I look back, my life truly feels like a dream. This is my first ever headshot I posted on Facebook to announce my Real Estate business
I was ambitious.
I was a hustler.
I was humble.
From day one, I told myself: “Pinky, if you truly want a successful, financially stable life, real estate will take you there.” I manifested becoming a successful top agent from the very beginning—but the journey was far from easy. Reality hits harder than dreams.
There were long days, tough lessons, and moments of uncertainty. For the first eight months, while my brother Imran Bhaidani was working toward his license, I was on my own—counting every single day until he could join me. But I did what I had to do. I stayed focused. I stayed consistent. I stayed faithful.
Helping new immigrant families became the foundation of my connection to this community. Fourteen years ago, there were no WhatsApp groups and Google on everyone’s phone. People depended on one another—for advice, guidance, and support—especially those new to this country.
With wholehearted dedication, I helped families find rental apartments and settle into a new life. Their blessings meant everything to me. I felt content and deeply grateful for every opportunity God gave me to serve. I helped honestly, genuinely, and with my heart.
Those weren’t just their struggle days—they were mine too. But I did the very best I could with the capacity I had at that time. Today, when I look back and see how far they have come—and how far I have come—it fills my heart with immense happiness. Those moments shaped me long before my real estate journey officially began.
When we finally started our team, it became more than a business—it became a shared vision built on trust, resilience, and purpose.
Today, with two offices—one in Richmond and one in Downtown Houston—and a team of 17 incredible members, I feel deeply content and truly blessed. I am a visionary, always aiming higher and committed to taking my business to the next level.
This journey has taught me so much. I have evolved as a woman. I am no longer just an agent—I am a entrepreneur, a mentor, and a leader. I feel incredibly proud of the woman I have become.
My brother Imran Bhaidani has been an exceptional business partner. When we started, many people doubted that a brother and sister could successfully run a business together. Over time, those doubts turned into admiration. More than once, we were told, “Your parents raised you both really well.” And that means everything to us—because nothing comes above family in this world.
Life teaches you this truth: you can rely on your family more than anyone else.
Many people say, “You’re so lucky.” And yes, I truly believe I am blessed—but success is a combination of hard work, faith, timing, and God’s grace. Many work hard, yet not everyone sees success. That is why I never take a single moment for granted.
I say this from the depths of my heart:
“God, thank You for loving me exceptionally.”
And this—this is only the beginning. There is so much more to achieve, so much more to accomplish. With faith, family, and focus, I know I will get there!
