🏡 A New Chapter Begins...

This home journey started back in May. I invited Claire to our shop for a one-on-one conversation about her goals, dreams and vision for homeownership.

Together, we reviewed my Renaissance Home Buying Guide and talked through what she wanted in her first home. By July, we were officially on the hunt.

On our very first day of showings, we toured four homes. And wouldn’t you know it… the very first home she saw was the one. ❤️

Of course, finding “the one” is only part of the journey. We had to compete for it and strong negotiating helped us get this beautiful home under contract.

Then came the part of the journey that requires patience, persistence and a good plan. We navigated inspections, HOA concerns, and a delayed title, but we kept moving forward and advocating for my buyer every step of the way.

And now, she has the keys to her very first home! 🗝

I’m so proud of her for taking that first step toward homeownership and trusting me to help guide her through the process. She had an amazing support system to celebrate her along the way.
