Just published something I’ve been working on quietly for a few weeks:
📄 The 15B Framework: Building an AI That Doesn’t Forget
It’s a real-world case study on how I’ve trained an AI assistant—not to replace me, but to support my work in residential appraisal.
After my TBI, I needed a smarter way to keep up without cutting corners. So I created a system where AI helps reduce repetitive tasks (like charting, regression, and commentary setup) from hours to minutes—all while staying USPAP-compliant and under my full supervision.
The assistant now mirrors my tone, logic, rules, and commentary. It's been a game-changer.
