🏠 Millennials still want to buy homes, and they’re making some serious trade-offs to get there.
According to the National Association of REALTORS®, 45% of younger millennials and 38% of older millennials have cut spending on non-essentials while saving for a home. Others are spending less on entertainment and clothing, postponing vacations, or even taking on a second job.
It’s a good reminder that for many buyers, the path to homeownership isn’t about having the “perfect” financial situation. It’s about setting priorities, understanding your options, and making a plan that works for you.
