Nine years ago, the “World’s Best Realtor” went home to be with the Lord.

Okay… maybe Jimmy wasn’t the world’s best.
But to us? He absolutely was.

He loved his clients well. He always did what was best for them — even when it wasn’t the easiest option. He was patient. He was steady. And he showed people God’s love in the most practical, everyday ways.

And the thing is… it didn’t matter what his “job title” was. Realtor, friend, Pastor— he lived the same way in every role.

To know Jimmy was to LOVE Jimmy.

I have no doubt he’s standing at the gates of Heaven, greeting everyone with one of his big hugs and that familiar smile.

I miss you, Cub.
And I hope you know we’re still loving on your clients the way you taught us — with integrity, patience, and faith at the center of it all.

Vulnerable Post…

When I first received my Top 300 badge, I was so proud.
It was the first year I had ever received a Top Agent award.

But then I started seeing everyone’s Top 100… Top 50… Top 25.

And suddenly, I felt embarrassed to even post mine.

I caught myself thinking…
“Who cares if you’re Top 300? That’s not that impressive.”

Comparison crept in.

But then I remembered one of my favorite sayings:
“Comparison is the thief of joy.”

The Lord gently brought this picture to my mind and reminded me of everything 2025 held.

Not just in real estate — but in life.

My greatest accomplishment this year wasn’t a ranking.
It was our beautiful baby #3.
A healthy pregnancy.
A growing family.

It was the places we traveled.
The growth in our wealth.
The memories we made.
The prayers answered.

And suddenly, I wasn’t embarrassed anymore.

I was overwhelmed with gratitude.

Because by God’s grace, I was able to build a growing business, protect my family time, welcome a new baby…
and still finish Top 300 out of 3,800 agents.

That’s not small.

That’s something to be thankful for.

And today, I choose gratitude over comparison. 🤍
