Catching up a bit! Helped 2 sellers recently and after a lot of hard work, they are closed! Sometimes transactions are smooth sailing and sometimes there are hiccups for a wide variety of reasons. Hiccup, hiccup, hiccup, hiccup, hiccup…🤭🤪 The important things are staying calm, staying logical, clear communication and getting in there and getting it done for my sellers. The hiccups may have been strong on one but my sellers were even stronger and now they can relax!😎

Great read but at the same time it’s really important to also understand that real estate is also very market specific. What is going on in Central Virginia may look very different than what is going on even an hour away. Locally things may have slowed a bit but homes that are priced right and the right condition are still selling. Interest rates may still be higher than comfortable but we still have ready, willing and able buyers out there. The more you know….🤓

Now that the market is slowing down, homeowners who haven’t sold at the price they were hoping for are increasingly pulling their homes off the market.
