Happy Monday, everyone! ☀️
I hope you all had an amazing weekend.
After spending much of the last month balancing business, family responsibilities, and time away from the office, I'm grateful to officially be back and looking forward to what lies ahead. To say I'm motivated would be an understatement.
May brought its share of challenges, but it also brought incredible victories and moments that will stay with me for a lifetime.
Recently, I was recognized by Keller Williams Richmond West for two significant milestones. First, I officially capped through my residential real estate sales. Second, I had the honor of closing the first commercial transaction in the history of the newly established Keller Williams Richmond West Commercial Division.
For those who have followed my journey, you know my interest in commercial real estate began nearly four years ago. After completing commercial real estate coursework in 2023, I spent time learning, exploring opportunities, and building relationships. While my involvement wasn't always consistent, I never lost sight of the goal. Today, it's exciting to see that hard work beginning to come full circle.

As I reflect on May, I'm incredibly grateful for what was accomplished:
✅ $2,430,000 in combined residential and commercial sales between my Virginia and Maryland offices
✅Officially joined the Keller Williams Richmond West Commercial Team
✅Closed the first commercial transaction in the history of the Keller Williams Richmond West Commercial Division
✅Still managed to take a much-needed vacation during one of the busiest and most challenging seasons of my life
A special shoutout to Alexis Payton for covering my mandatory meetings while I was away on vacation and navigating family matters. Your support was greatly appreciated.
What makes these accomplishments even more meaningful is that they occurred during one of the most personally challenging months my family has faced. This season reminded me again, that growth often happens quietly before it becomes visible and that perseverance, faith, and consistency matter more than perfection.
