1978. A 20-something maintenance crew guy pays $17,000 for a house on Georgia Avenue in Byrd Park. No internet. He found it in a printed MLS book a realtor buddy carried to his front door. His banker friend talked him into it. His high school sweetheart Tara was all in from day one.

That guy was Ron Biggs. Around 500 flips later, by his own count, he is still at it and he still loves it.
