Today’s Commercial Fire Response — First Phase Begins

One of our crews is on-site today at a commercial building impacted by a recent fire. The first phase of restoration is underway: chem sponge treatment to remove soot and smoke residue from walls, ceilings, and trim.

This stage is critical for two reasons:

✔ It prevents permanent staining and odor absorption
✔ It allows us to determine what can be restored vs. demoed

For our property management partners, the difference between the two can impact timeline, cost, and tenant disruption.

Commercial losses are unique — they require fast response, compliance documentation, and coordination with insurance carriers, brokers, adjusters and tenants all at the same time.

We’re grateful for the trust our PM partners place in us and always ready to step in when the unexpected happens.

Yesterday we held a casual BBQ and meeting with our amazing field technicians and office staff — and this morning we followed it up with a focused tailgate safety meeting featuring our mechanic, who walked the team through vehicle maintenance and safety protocols.
At Reactic Restoration, we believe that building a strong company culture takes more than just meetings and training. It's about creating moments where people connect, share ideas, and feel appreciated — all while staying aligned on safety and performance.

Commercial fire damage restoration is never a simple task, especially when it comes to industrial facilities.

From navigating complex safety protocols to dealing with specialized equipment and materials, every step requires expertise and attention to detail.

This morning our team started working on this exact type of project, including all the unique challenges that come with it. We'll keep working diligently to:

Slab leaks can sometimes cause a serious damage. Problem is, it often takes a long time before the Home Owner notices it. It’s 3rd day straight that our team has been working on mitigating this damage.
