My name is Kaylin Bradley. I’m a 3rd generation real estate entrepreneur in the BEAUTIFUL Commonwealth of Virginia. I purchased my first property in 2010 and it was off to the races from there! I’ve developed Blackwater Consulting to provide my clients a safe guide through the grey areas of real estate. UNBIASED. There are a lot of wild people in these streets giving out HORRENDOUS information, engaging in predatory behavior, and letting greed take over the deal. I’m your protector and advice giver. Homeowners…LET ME TALK YOU OUT OF SELLING AND INTO LEVERAGING. Investors… LETS PUSH YOUR PRODUCT AND BREAK COMPS. Real estate can be scary. And people get hurt. It’s serious. And whoever says real estate isn’t emotional doesn’t know what the hell they are talking about. All of this has to be navigated. I’ve spent over the last 15 years mastering our market, walking hundreds of homes (or more honestly), seeing patterns in sales and pricing, being the best Realtor I could be for my clients, getting mentored by the best, busting comps, prefecting my product, and helping investors do the same. Nothing chaps my ass more than a sh*tty flip. I’ve never done a flip in my life. Only renovations. I take great pride in my work.
